After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the product once it has been delivered by following our Return Policy guidelines.

Refund Process:
If your cancellation request is successful, we will process a refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
If the order was processed and shipped before the cancellation request, the refund will be initiated after we receive the returned product in its original condition.
Non-Cancellable Items:
Custom-made or personalized products, digital goods, and gift cards cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
