Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please use the provided label for shipping.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
